Here's my first contribution. We had this last night...it's a family favorite:
Oriental Chicken Wings
1 large package chicken wings or drumettes
1 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 TBSP minced fresh ginger root
2-3 minced garlic cloves
Lay the chicken wings top side down in a large roasting pan. Mix the remaining ingredients (and warm in microwave to help disolve the sugar if you like) and pour over the wings. Bake uncovered in 325F oven for 45 minutes. Turn wings over and bake for another 45 minutes. Serve with rice and corn.
