Cool & Easy Strawberry Chiffon Pie
Ingredients:
1 pkg. sugar free strawberry Jello
3/ cup boiing water
1 1/4 cup cold water
1 cup Cool Whip Lite, thawed
2 1/4 cups sliced strawberries, divided
1 graham cracker crust
Instructions:
In a large bowl, dissolve the Jello in the boiling water. Stir in cold
water.
Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in Cool Whip and 2 cups of the sliced
strawberries. Pour into crust and chill till thickened and set. Arange
remaining
strawberries over top of pie just before serving.
