Tuna Salad Sandwiches.
4 cans of tuna in water, drained
Mayo*
relicsh
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons ranch mix dry dressing herbs. (or can use
some ranch dressing if you prefer)
- Flake tuna into a bowl. Add onions, celery, & relish.
- in a bowl combine the mayo, garlic powder, Ranch Mix herbs. Blend
- Add the mayo mix to the tuna mix, stir to blend.
- Serve on your favorite bread or in a cored tomato.
* The amount of mayo depends on how much you and your family likes. If I make for Doug I use just enough mayo to hold the tuna together, as he doesn't care for mayo. For the rest of us we like a little more mayo than that.
