1 cooked ckicken peeled and shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 1 pck of cream cheese
handful of mexican cheese
box kit of burritos, or burritos soft if u can find them
1 bottle of enchilda sauce
First shred chicken in a bowl mix with soup and cream cheese. I softened mine in the mico for a few minutes to melt it up. I added a handful of mexican cheese any kind of your choice is fine , mixx all these ingredients, then add to burritos shells by tablespoon or two and roll and fold in corners as u roll each enchilada. I placed mine on tinfoil lined lasagan pan. When done making all enchiladas it should make 8.Cover with enchilada sauce and bake 350 degrees for 20 to 30 mins.Last 10 mins I added more cheese to top enchildas.Very yummy. Just a note I added a whole pack of cream cheese and felt that it was a little too thick and rich I would try 1/2 of it for future use.Hope u enjoy :) Dina
