Fresh Rhubarb Pie
4 cups cut up rhubarb 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup flour 1/4 cup butter Nutmeg
This is for a two crust 9-inch pie. Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Before adding top crust sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in 400 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
