Rhubarb Cake
5 cups chopped rhubarb
2 3 oz. pkgs. strawberry jello
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Put rhubarb in bottom of 9x13 dish. Sprinkle jello on top rhubarb. Prepare cake per directions but do
not bake. Pour cake mixture over jello and rhubarb. Boil sugar and water, pour over cake. Bake at 350° 45 minutes. Let cool and serve with ice cream
