Rhubarb Crisp
3 cups diced rhubarb (variation: add 1 cup strawberries)
½ cup sugar
1 T flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 T flour
Mix in a buttered 8x8 pan
Topping:
6 T butter
6 T flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup quick oats
Mix and sprinkle on top; Bake at 350 degrees, 30 min. or until crisp and bubbling.
Serve with ice cream!
