Quick & Easy Fruit Salad
20-oz can pineapple chunks, drained & halved
11-oz can mandarin oranges, drained
15-oz can apricot halves, drained & quartered
15-oz can peach slices, drained & quartered
2 cups fresh seedless green or purple grapes, halved
3 bananas, sliced
20-oz can peach pie filling
1/2 cup pecan halves, optional
In a large mixing bowl, stir all drained, canned fruit together.
Add grapes & sliced bananas.
Mix in peach pie filling.
Refridgerate several hours before serving.
Garnish with pecan halves just before serving, if desired.
Makes 12 servings.
