STRAWBERRY MOUSSE
1 egg white 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups chopped strawberries Fresh Fruits for Garnish
Place egg white in a bowl. Whisk 2 min. or until light and foamy. Beat in sugar and strawberries. Increase speed and beat 15 min. or until mixture fills the bowl. Transfer to a decorative bowl and freeze 4 hours. TO SERVE---Remove from freezer and garnish with fresh fruits. MAKES 12 SERVINGS |
