INGREDIENTS - 1 large country ham slice, about 1/2 inch thick
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
| METHOD After frying meat, leave about 2 or 3 tablespoons of grease in pan from the drippings. Over medium heat,stirring with a whisk, sprinkle in flour. Stir until very lightly browned. Whisk in milk, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until thickened. Serves: 2 |
