Cream Gravy
 
1-1/2 cups milk 
3 Tbs. flour 
1 tsp. salt 
1 Dash pepper 
In screw top jar, shake half of the milk with flour, salt and pepper; 
stir into pan. Add remaining milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until 
thick and bubbly. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more. Makes 1-1/2 cups. May add 
sausage, if desired. Good poured over biscuits.
