Honey Mustard Meatloaf
1 1/2 pound lean ground meat 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs 2 eggs 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 teaspoon basil leaves 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons scallions, chopped (I didn't have this) 3 tablespoons dijon style mustard 3 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine everything except honey and mustard. Shape into loaf. Place in baking pan. Combine honey and mustard, brush 1/2 mixture on meatloaf. Bake uncovered for 30 mintues. Brush with remaining glaze. Bake for 20 to 30 more minutes.
