One-Pot Macaroni and Beef
1 ½ lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped, opt.
2 c. elbow macaroni
2 - 8oz cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Brown beef with onion and green pepper.
Drain. Add remaining ingredients and 1 ½ cups water, mix well.
Simmer covered for 25 minutes or until macaroni is tender, adding more water gradually if necessary.
Keep stirred. Enjoy
