  CHICKEN CACCIATORE
 prep: 10 min
 cook: 15 min
 serves: 6
  
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 2 packages boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    (I use boneless breast)
 1 can (26oz) Hunt's roasted garlic & onion
    spaghetti sauce
 1 can (6oz) Hunt's tomato paste
 1 package (6) sliced fresh mushrooms
 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  
 Heat: oil in large skillet.  Cook chicken until browned
           on both sides.
 Stir: together spaghetti sauce and paste in small
        bowl; spoon over chicken.  Top with mushrooms.
 Shimmer: covered, over low heat 15 minutes, or until
                chicken is no longer pink.  Sprinkle with
                parsley.
