Directions 1. Heat oven to 375°F. Cook ground beef, onions, and bell pepper; drain if needed. Add fajita marinade mix and water. Simmer 5 minutes. 2. Arrange chips in two (2) foil-lined, lightly greased shallow baking pans or cookie sheets. Overlap chips if needed to cover bottom completely. Top each pan of chips with 1/2 the meat mixture and the cheese. 3. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately with favorite toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, salsa, olive slices, chopped lettuce, or sliced jalapenos.
