Steak & Pepper Fajitas

Ingredients:
�?nbsp;1 packet (1.12 ounces) fajita marinade
�?nbsp;1 pound boneless steak or well-trimmed beef top loin steak, cut into thin strips
�?nbsp;1 bag (16 ounces) Birds Eye® frozen Pepper Stir Fry vegetables
�?nbsp;8 (6 to 7-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
�?nbsp;1/2 cup tomato salsa
Instructions:
Prepare fajita marinade according to package directions. Add steak and vegetables. Let stand 10 minutes. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove steak and vegetables with slotted spoon and place in skillet. Add marinade, if desired. Cook 5 minutes or until steak is desired doneness and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally. Wrap mixture in warm tortillas. Top with salsa.
Healthy Cooking Tip:
Substitute beef with 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken, cut into strips.
