Cheesy Ham and Potatoes
2 pounds ham
1 packages (2 pound) hash brown potatoes (not thawed)
5 green onions -- sliced
pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 soup can milk
1 bag mixed vegetables, your choice
Put everything but frozen vegetables in slow cooker, stir and cover. Just before serving, microwave the frozen vegetables until just thawed, and drain well (or dish will be soupy). Stir in veggies. Let cook for another 10 minutes. Serve.
