Sausage Kabobs
4 small red potatoes 2 small onions 1 polish sausage link, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks 1/4 cup butter or margarine melted salt and pepper to taste
Cut potatoes in half; steam about 15 minutes or until just tender. Boil onions about 4 minutes; cut into 4 wedges. On each of 4 skewers, alternately thread potatoes, onion and sausage. Grill or broil about 20 minutes or until sausage is cooked and vegetables are tender. Brush frequently with mixture of butter, salt and pepper.
