Poultry Seasoning 2 Tbs. parsley flakes 1 tsp. sage 1 tsp. white pepper 1 T. each oregano, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, ground ginger, celery salt
Combine ingredients and store in container with tight fitting lid. Use amount desired in cooking or frying poultry. Makes 1/3 cup mix.
