PINEAPPLE CREAMPUFFS
1 package Stella Doro Anginetti cookies
1 8-oz package cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
Drain pineapple of as much of its juice as possible.
Straining thru a cloth works well. Add to softened
cream cheese. Mix until well blended.
Gently slice the Anginetti cookies in half. Place
approx 1-Tablespoon of pineapple-cheese filling onto
bottom half. Replace top half of cookie.
Refrigerate about 10 minutes. Makes 18 treats.
