Cheesecake Tarts Crust: - 2-1/2 cups pastry flour
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup butter
- pinch of salt
Filling: - 16 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 24 regular size muffin tins. For the crust, mix together ingredients until smooth. Make dough into 24 walnut size balls. Take each ball and press into muffin tins, making sure to go up the sides. Mix the filling ingredients until smooth and creamy. Fill each crust approximately 3/4 full. Be sure to use all the filling. Bake at 350 degrees until set. After the tarts are cool, top with your favorite pie filling.
