Easy Apricot Tart
4 cans apricots, reserving liquid from two cans.
2 cups Biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk
2 tablesppom brown sugar
1/16 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoon margarine
combine maragerine, brown sugar and buiscut mix. Blend together until crumbly. Add milk and nutmeg. A batter will form.
Place batter onto bottom of glass baking dish. Top with one can of undrained apricots. Continue to add drained apricots to cover the top of the pastry.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for approximately 1/2 hour to 45 mins.
