GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE
(This makes its own crust)
1 Stick oleo or butter
2 oz German Chocolate
3 eggs, well beaten
1 C sugar
3 heaping TBLS flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 C chopped pecans
In small sauce pan, melt butter and chocolate
on low heat - stir constantly.
(This can also be done in the MW)
In a bowl combine eggs, sugar and flour.
Beat 3 minutes and add chocolate mixture ,
vanilla and nuts.
Pour into WELL buttered 9" pie plate
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Chill and top with Whipped Cream
