NO BAKE BANANA CREAM PIE
1 c. milk
3.4 oz pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 teas. vanilla extract
12 oz. container cool whip, thawed and divided
9" vanilla wafer crumb crust
4 bananas, sliced
Combine milk and pudding mix in a large bowl; beat
on low speed with hand mixer for 2 minutes. Blend in
vanilla. Fold in 3 cups whipped topping. Spread one cup of
pudding mixture in pie crust; layer with sliced bananas.
repeat layering with another cup of pudding and
remaining bananas, ending with remaining pudding. Top
with remaining whipped topping. Chill before serving.
Makes 8 servings

It's easy to make your own crumb crust.
Mix 1-1/2 cups fine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar
and 1/2 cup melted butter and press
into pie plate. Chill for 20 minutes
or bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
For crumbs, use vanilla wafers or
graham crackers.
