VEGGIE PIZZA
Ingredients:
2 tubes of Crescent Rolls
2 - 8 oz. tubs of soft cream cheese
1 packet of dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 cup of Mayo
Shredded mozzarella cheese, amount to your
liking
All the veggies you like!
I Like: broccolli, finely chopped; carrots,
shredded; cauliflower, finely chopped; red bell
pepper, finely chopped.
Directions:
Unroll crescent rolls and place them on a pizza
pan. Press the edges together, closing the
seams. Bake in oven as directed on package
for the rolls. Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours, or for
best results, overnight.
Mix mayo, ranch dressing packet, and cream
cheese together in a bowl. This is your pizza
sauce. Spread cream cheese sauce on crescent
roll crust. Top with the veggies of your choice
and mozzarella cheese. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
