Pork Schnitzel 6 pork chops, up to 8 total salt and pepper 2 Tbs. butter 1 onion, sliced
Pound chops lightly and season. Fry in butter, with onion, on both sides, quickly over high heat. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer 20 minutes more. Serve with potatoes and vegetables.
