Best Garlic Roast 1 beef rib roast or oven roast of beef or pork roast 3 cloves of garlic Gravy Master or similar product Salt and pepper Water
Turn oven to 500F. Cut garlic into slivers. Pierce roast fat side up, slice slivers of garlic into pierced meat. Generously rub roast down with Gravy Master. Generously rub roast down with salt and pepper. Place roast in roasting pan on a roasting rack fat side up. Fill with water until it just touches bottom of rack. Sear for 15 minutes at 500F (this seals in the juices). Turn oven down to 325 (open oven door for 2 minutes to help cool down to wanted temperature)<WBR>. Keep in oven 20 minutes per pound for medium well roast.
