Asparagus Cube Steak Roll-Ups (Crock-Pot)
* 8-10 small red potatoes
* 5 or 6 (5 to 7-oz) pork cube steaks
* 10-12 asparagus spears, trimmed
* 1 (0.75-oz) pkg dry garlic & herb salad mix
Place potatoes in 3-1/2 quart slow cooker.
Top each cube steak with 2 asparagus spears. Roll up; secure with wooden toothpicks if necessary.
Place roll-ups, seam side down, over potatoes in slow cooker.
Sprinkle dry salad mix over all.
Cover, cook on LOW 5-1/2 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.
