NO FUSS CHICKEN CRISP Ingredients:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2/3 c. corn flake crumbs
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, cheese and mustard in a
small bowl.
Measure out 1/3 cup and refrigerate.
Brush both sides of chicken with the remaining
mixture. Coat well with crumbs. Arrange in
lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake at
400 for 20 minutes or until golden brown and
fork tender.
Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture for
dipping.
