Wild Goose
1 Wild goose, plucked clean 2 1/2 quarts broken bread crumbs 1 large onion, finely chopped 2 big apples, peeled, cored and diced (I like Johathan apples) Goose giblets Salt and Pepper to taste Garlic Sage
Mix all together in a big bowl, bread crumbs, onions and apples. Boil giblets till tender an remove the skin. Chop very fine and add to the bread mixture. Mix hit all up and add salt an pepper, sage, garlic an any other seasonins you're amind to. Moisten and stuff the goose an put it in a roastin pan. Grease with two tablespoon a butter an sprinkle with a dab a flour. Roast in a 350* oven about 15 to 20 minutes for each pound.
