GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE: Always provide the proper Artist's copyright information and a link to their personal website. Although it is generally acceptable to put a name on a signature tag and even a stamp such as "tubed by" or "tagged by" please do not use the © symbol or the word copyright. The works are copyright only to their original creator and become so the moment they are created. If you did not create the entire graphic from scratch or personally snap the photograph you can not claim any copyright to the work. You should know that it is also considered proper to provide copyright information when utilizing the work of the various pixel artists on the net who have graciously provided their original works for download.

NON-PROFIT ONLY: - The works can be used only for personal non-profit enjoyment only. You may not make any money or other monetary gain for yourself or any oganization, corporation, club ect. from the usage of the images created by the individual artists listed herein. You can not sell the individual images, a portion of the images, the tags, signatures, stationary or other graphics you create using the work of the individuals listed in the "yes-yes" list. You can not place the graphics in any collections or on a site where any other items are for sale including sites in which a membership fee or donation is required or requested. You can not use the artist's images on any products that you wish to sell such as t-shirts, mugs, posters, cd's, etc. or to promote any services.  Any such uses would require you to first contact the individual artist or their agent personally and obtain proper authorization and/or contract agreement.

WEB USE ONLY: Our permissions are for web usage only. You may not print out by any means on any medium the images or any portion of the images nor any creations made utilizing the artwork of the artists below without specific personal permission to do so by the artist themselves. In addition, please note that UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are these artists works to be utilized in or on any websites or creations that promote Adult x-rated, Hate, or Child/Animal Abuse, or that promote any political or racial agendas.

BANDWIDTH THEFT: - Do not send links through groups or post links to a website that directly link for download an image on the artist's website. You must download the graphic to your personal computer and upload it to your own server space.

COMBINGING ARTISTS WORKS: - Do not combine the work of any one artist with the works of another artist without first personally contacting both artists directly.

COPYRIGHT WATERMARKS: embedded in or on images at the time of download are not to be removed, unless stated by the artist.

DO NOT ALTER: the clothes, body parts, positions, coloring, etc of any images obtained without specific permission to do so. All resizing of an image should be done proportionately so as not to distort the original. No artist's image should be distorted or altered in any way to the extent that it is fully unrecognizable when compared to its original. Alteration when allowed should not be done to such an extent that it is deemed graphically explicit/ pornographic, politiclly inappropriate, or else defames the original integrity of the artwork and/or its creator. Do not add X rated images or animations, nor animate them to do X rated things.

USE ONLY: the artists artwork pieces and gallery images. Do not steal buttons, banners, wallpapers, etc. from the artists sites.

PLEASE PURCHASE: a print or tube package from one or more of your favorite artists from time to time. The artwork after all is how they make a living, keep a roof over their heads, and put food on their tables. They deserve to be paid for their work and the enjoyment they provide you in allowing you to use their images for your hobby.
