Your Worry Factor is 40%
You worry a little, but you usually don't go overboard.
You know it's good to recognize your fears, as long as you let go of them.
So whenever you start to worry too much, just take a deep breath and relax.
You're not the worrying kind - and there's no reason to start.

Your Worry Factor is 10%

You hardly ever worry. In fact, you often feel like you don't have a care in the world.
It's not that your life is magically easy. You just don't dwell on worse case scenarios.
You figure that you'll be able to handle whatever life throws at you.
No use worrying about what could go wrong, especially when so much is going right!

Totally right on!

Your Worry Factor is 80%
The amount you worry is definitely borderline unhealthy.
Even when things are going well, you find yourself fixating on the negatives.
Try to remember the times you've been able to let your worries go.
If you can do that again, you'll be much happier!
