This Artist granted our group permission to use art via email (original email on file)

NO TUBING ALLOWED.

You may create signature tags, group banners, group webpages.

Dear Minnie,

I appreciate the email and am glad that you like my work. I will allow my work to be used for signature tags as long as "copyright JVJones" is somewhere on the actual signature and a clickable link to my site www.jonvjones.com is underneath it. Every time that a signature is posted somewhere, it MUST have the name credit and link visible. However, I must ask that you not tube my art. Tubing encourages the possibility of wide spread distribution without copyright credit, as well as severe distortion of my work. Thank you for asking permission as I'm sure most people would not.

Sincerely,

Jon V. Jones
