Hi Anne No it's not a plug-in it is a free program called Sqirlz Water Reflections. Here is the Sqirlz home page and then go to Tucows at http://www.tucows.com/preview/382027 for the free download. I love this program because you can do rain, snow, and 5 different wave ripples. But the best part is that it is FREE! hugs Candy |
