Witches through the ages have enjoyed various kinds of celebrity. Sometimes they've been regarded as integral parts of the community, while in other ages, they've been thought of as evil and burned at the stake.
Modern witches are far from the days of torture, but we're still regarded with suspicion by some folks and accepted by others. Nothing much has changed in the way of other's attitudes toward us. But we know we're good witches with love and healing on our minds, and that's what really counts.
This message board is designed to give you an idea of the kinds of remedies you can make to heal a variety of illnesses. They're all tested remedies and they're currently in use. I've gathered then in one section so that you won't have to hunt through the net and books to find them. The remedies are herbal and you may wish to learn to grow your own herbs to make them. The art of healing is part of the history of witchcraft, so we must carry it on.
To properly use the herbs I mention, you'll need to know how to prepare them. What follows are instructions that I'll mention in the herb remedy posts by their name. If you memorize these instructions, you'll know what I'm talking about when I mention them in the recipes.
