Bronchitis

How to tame it...

Bronchitis can be very dibilitating if not treated properly. One should avoid whole wheat foods, dairy, strong chemicals, and very spicy food.

To strengthen the lungs, Mullein taken in capsules can be very useful. In cases of asthma attacks or bronchitic fits, two drops of lobelia essence on the tongue can arrest the fits. A combination of Slippery Elm, Mullein, Catnip and Licorice can help during a prolonged episode of bronchitis. Vitamins A, D, and Calcium can help prevent future attacks.
