In answer to these question Here goes.
Is there anyway to print some of this for a BOS easily? Yes there is .
Just open the Discussion you would like to keep then go to the File tab on your tool bar hit save as then change the text (*txt) save as what you want where you would like on your PC and hit the save key it will get the whole page all post shown and the side batr to you can edit the stuff you don't want out
Is it ok to post some recipes for oil blends or herbal stuff? Yes Hun post away
