Please be cautious about stating any numbers here that pertain to how much business Qwest has or is losing and the condition of our plant unless you are posting an article that is already published in some newspaper.  It could be misconstrued by security and be in violation of the code of conduct.  Don't provide the company with any opportunity to walk away from their responsibilities of VSPP/ISPP/EVSPP if they want to reduce headcount.  Please, please be careful.
