1 Corinthians 13:4,7,8 The group recap is something i came up with to keep everyone in the loop as to what is going on in the group if they are away. If you are new and has just join our group please take sometime to check the other monthly recaps to get an idea of how we come to be. As the new year roll in, we the members here at DFC had a good 2007 and is looking forward to a great 2008. I am blackempressss the founder and my assistant is Simon and he's our co-founder as here at DFC we prefer that terminology. Hello everyone it's february how the time has just flown right by. I am here to just fill you in on what is going on in the group for february. We did alot this month, first thing is you may have all notice ashleigh is not on the boards well ashleigh and i have had a falling out and she decided to leave the group, its sad that she had to leave but the choice was hers to made. Moving on as we all must do from time to time we had some new members in february joining us in february are Spiritangel, Jujudancer1 and Alabama_Diva. These ladies all have groups on msn which i am also a member of you all should check the banner area and check there groups out, if you decide to join be sure to put that you are a member of Duhaneys Family Connected as no one wants a blank application when someone join there group and if you do join make sure you are joining to participate in the group, if you going to lurk there is no need to join. Spiritangel group is called  i post the banner directly as the banner is already link to the group. Jujudancer1 group is  and Alabama_Diva group is http://groups.msn.com/Ms-DivasTaggersofColor/_whatsnew.msnw I dont have a banner available at this time anyway i just want to say a special welcome to you all, glad to have you join us and i hope to see more of you all on the boards. In februrary we continue to promote ourselves all over in various groups and it has brought us some beautiful people we are happy to call friends. Spiritangel along with our co-founder Simon are taggers so you can always leave request for tags in the our preference area because no matter whats offered if its not something you prefer to have you won't want it. We have a city and i ask that you visit it and leave a message our what's new board offer links to all the stuff we should be doing daily. So check out our whats new board daily. We started our fortune cookies its something fun we do by creating our own fortune is that not a great thing. Our member Chev aka Yardierudegirl loss her grandmother and went to jamaica for the funeral we sympathizes with all she feels as losing our love ones is never easy to deal with, but in time she will heal and it will get better in time Chev the loss won't feel as deep as it does now. My grandmother who is very dear to me on February 10 i took some time to look back on all she means to us the Duhaneys as we had lose her on february 10, 2006. She continues to be an inspiration to us all. In the heart of our loss i started a new thread on what makes us smile i believed we really needed to focus on the joys in our lives as the sorrows can sometimes overwhelmn us to the point of deep depression. If we are busy smiling we spend less time been unhappy and been down. With ashleigh leaving us and after knowing her for years i believed posting a true friend is a rare gift cherish them was much needed as i had alot of hopes for my friendship with ashley. On that note i want to say to you all if you are too busy for friends something is wrong with your lives, balancing is a act but we have to make a good attempt to balance our job vs our fun. We have a new snag board up be sure to check it out its more user friendly as i am always trying to make things easier for us here at our little place. You may also notice we have dividers but i did not want the dividers to be blank i try it and it hurt my eyes, so each dividers have a little message on them so check them out from time to time. I added our preferences-Request/Pickup and Spiritangel as agreed to offer us some tags from time to time. February has been a busy month for me personally, I celebrated 3 years with my boyfriend, then there was valentines day, then his birthday and on top of that i was preping for a 4 day class i have which is the first week of march. But i am thankful to all the members here because they keep things going in the group and we still had a blast, our great members here who are very supportive keeps things going no matter how busy some of us gets and i just want to say thank you to all our members here. Yardierudegirl and Beaglemom celebrated there birthdays of which we are glad to be able to share in with them on there very special day. So if you have not posted your special day i advise you to do so, so we can celebrate and have fun with you. I spend sometime in our backup site on yahoo just uploading some backgrounds as i would not want if msn is down for a day we dont have stuff available. Everything here on msn is there in the yahoo group. So if you have not join the yahoo group yet please do so, you only have to go there if something is wrong on msn so we can still keep our connection going, but for now you only have to join and have the link saved in a place you can access without been on msn. Looking forward to getting your request. we contine to be happy for our members here and all they go through day to day, we wish you all continued success in all you do and we hope life continue to be good to you all, and that you will always share with us your good times and your bad and you will continue to find here to be a place to feel comfortable and know you are always welcome here and we look forward to getting to know you all better and remember always that you are very much loved by me and all our other members.
