WELCOME TO THE GROUP JANUARY'S RECAP A Friend is A friend is someone who makes you smile
and makes you forget the bad times for a while,
A friend is someone to who you can say,
I love you in a very special way... The group recap is something i came up with to keep everyone in the loop as to what is going on in the group if they are away. If you are new and has just join our group please take sometime to check the other monthly recaps to get an idea of how we got started. June recap is very special and it will make you understand how we come to be. As the new year roll in, we the members here at DFC had a good 2007 and is looking forward to a great 2008. I am blackempress the founder and my assistant is Simon and he his our co-founder, as here at DFC we prefer that terminology. I want to first wish every one a very special HAPPY NEW YEAR and i hope you all had a fabulous christmas and even if you have never posted in the group, i have faith that someday soon you will and with all of that i still love you all lol. January started out with me stumbling upon a very interesting group called " Around the world promotions" after a week of lurking i decided to join that group shortly after promoting our group in that group the manager beaglemom decided to join us. She has been very active on our boards and is looking forward to meeting you all, she has drop by your mailboxes so check your mails. Our member profiles went up to 52% which is very good but i am still looking forward to the day when it becomes 100% lol. Our introduce yourself went up to 66% which is a great effort but i am still looking forward to that 100% lol. The best way to meet new friends is to do up your profiles, let our members know a little about you. Trust me you can never have too much friends, as the saying goes some people comes into our lives for a reason, season or for a lifetime. I have met some great friends online so don't be shy come on out and talk with our members, don't forget we have our own chat room when you online pop in there and say a quick hello. So with promoting our group in beaglemom's group, i decided to do banner exchange as well as the option of promoting other groups here. This group is still mainly for friends and family connecting but i want to mix it up abit and have some fun so some tags and such is coming soon. Each member have a snagboard where i will leave tags or other members can leave you tags and you save it to your computer always. In promoting our group we also join in on the around the world we go band wagon, so our group banner will be going all around the world each month to a different city worldwide, is that not just fabulous friends. I also created few additional pages you will see we now have an awards page, where Simon and myself will be showing off all our awards we received all over the msn groups we are in. So be sure to constantly check to the left of the pages and see all the new things we have coming your way. Be sure to check out the groups banner page and see all our new friends and stroll over to there place and lurk abit and if you love what you see as i did, just knock on the door and they will be sure to let you in. Yasminonline as also join us but she as yet to reply to her welcome so not much i can tell you, lets hope she will be posting soon so i can talk abit about her on next month recap. We have spiritangel join us as well but since she joins us in february i will be talking about her and her group in our february recap coming in march. She also has her own group so as i said before, check out the banner pages. We also have our mini city and our vote for us all started in february i will elaborate on that more next month all the links are on our whats new page so be sure to check them out. we continue to be happy for our members here and all they go through day to day,we wish you all continued success in all you do and we hope life continue to be good to you all, and that you will always share with us your good times and your bad and you will continue to find here to be a place to feel comfortable and know you are always welcome here and we look forward to getting to know you all better and remember always that you are very much loved by me and all our other members. We have a wide variety of message boards here, so look around and most of all have fun, fun, fun, fun. Invite someone.
