I have started the air climber a week ago today. One of the thing i love most about it is that it does not hurt my knee. There is a tube called a bellow and it's pump air when i am stepping so i am stepping on air. What makes this exercise equipment unique is that i get a full body work out on it. It comes with body cord, workout dvd consisting of 4 different variations of exercise. It also consist of two books one is called the jump start and the other is a eat right very useful books to help with healthy eating. I am now doing phase 1 of the exercise, which consist of not using the body cord and just stepping and doing upper body workout by moving my arms in various directions and just getting that body toning going on. I am enjoying it very much and looking forward to starting phase 2. I will keep you posted on how its going. I use the workout as my time to myself my me time. Hugs, blackempressss |
