Pain came tonight, and Lord, you came unto me.
You saw the naught, sweet Jesus, and gave me victory.
I looked unto the Heavens Lord, and then I said a Prayer.
I knew you would come unto me; with tears you saw me lying there.
I knew your grace would strengthen me; it always has before.
I knew you saw me from yonder; would let me pain no more.
I saw how the Heavens would look, on the time you take me home.
I blessed Thee Father God and Son when we were there alone.
I know you loved me ever, from the time that my mother bore me.
The pain was fierce, but thine own love gave to me; victory.
I cried a tear and Lord; you were there to wipe it away.
You wiped away a tear, and gently you held me as there I lay.
Satin’s angels came to put asunder, my love for Thee,
But, praising Thy name in all Thy glory, we won the victory.
I think on Thee, oh, many times as there in bed I sleep.
I think on Thee many times Lord; for I know our souls you keep.
I know I must not be afraid, when woes come unto me at night.
I know Thou art with me to take away all the weary fright.
I know you watch me straight from Heaven; sometimes with a smile.
I know you listen to my prayers, so I humbly sit and pray awhile.
I know tomorrow shall soon be; that you'll come in a cloud of white.
Thou shall come in all Thy glory; then there will be no more night.
I pray all will come to know Thee. Thy sweetness is mine own delight.
For, I know in that tomorrow, there shall be no more unseemly fights.
Heaven and glory is there before us all; let us choose Heavens?gate.
We can not change things tomorrow, when our King comes not late.
Let us be ready and waiting; Prayers in our hearts and mind.
Thus when Jesus comes, His children He shall surely find.
Let us teach our young ones to follow after our Lord and King.
Put wisdom inside their hearts Lord; that only Thou can bring.
There’ll be singing of glory when all the people gather ‘round about.
Singing the sweet story of Jesus as we gather and shout?
