I am new to this board and am waondering what it is I can expect? Is there someoone in Dallas Co. that can do research? Are we suppose to post our info in hopes someone will be related and contact us? Or is it a site where we help each other with research ideas? Or is it all of the above? Just wondering what I can do here and how to get on board! Becky

The answer to your question is all of the above.

I don't live in Dallas County, Missouri, but I do have some cemetery books, census books, and marriage books for the county.

have a Peter Myers that died in Dallas Co. He is my brick wall, I cannot find anything else on him. I was wondering if anyone could find anything at all on him? He was born (I think) in 1799 in Kentucky and died (I think) in 1871 In Dallas County. See how positive I am about this? Hee...hee... gee any help would make me so elated!!!!!!! Becky
