Death has again visited our community and taken the precious daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Hill.  Mary E. Hill was born in Dallas County, December 23, 1894 and died at 5:00 p.m. February 16, 1912, after a long illness of typhoid fever.   She professed a hope in Christ about one year ago and lived a faithful christian until death and said many times that she was willing to die and was happy in her last moments.  She leaves a heart-broken father, mother, three sisters and three brothers and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her loss.  Funeral services were conducted by Rev. O. B. Lane at the Hill Cemetery and the body was laid to rest.
