Esther May Williams Jones
 
 Esther May Williams Jones, daughter of G. B. M. and Jane Williams, was born May 1, 1891,and died at the home of her daughter, T. H. Godwin, in Seminole, Okla., May 10, 1940.  She was 49 years and 9 days of age.
 She was united in marriage to C. A. Pat Jones December 16, 1908.  To then were born seven children: Mrs. Lucille Weed of Springfield, J. B. Jones of Seminole, Okla., Freeda Godwin, Seminole, Okla., Carl Jones of LaHarbor, Calif., Irvin Jones and William Jones.
 Her husband and two sons, Irvin and William, preceded her in death.  She is survived by five children, five grandchildren, one sister, Elizabeth Dowell of LaHarbor, Calif., and three brothers, Charles Williams of Hamilton, Kan., John Williams of Seattle, Wash., and Roy Williams of Canada.
 She united with the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church a number of years ago and remained a faithful member until death.  She was a faithful companion and loving mother, and will be missed by her many friends.
 Funeral services were conducted by Rev. E. H. Michalkowsky at the Jones Funeral Home Tuesday at 2 p.m. Burial followed in Oak. Lawn cemetery under direction of L. B. Jones.
