Charles Thomas Junkins, son of Thomas and Elizabeth Junkins, born October 31, 1881, was united in marriage to Pearl Haney September 6, 1917 and departed this life March 25, 1943, at the age of 59 years, 4 months and 25 days.  He leaves to mourn his passing his faithful companion and seven children.  They are Chloe of Kansas City, Roy, Sam, Dollie, Dottie, Everett, Marie and Arnold of the home.  One preceeded him in death.  He leaves four sisters to mourn his passing, Mattie Dugan of Windyville, Minnie and Bertha of Long Lane, Mo., and Nancy Pease of Chetopa, Kansas, and a host of other relatives and friends.  Four sisters and two brothers preceeded him in death.

He was a loving companion and a true father to his children.  He was liked by all who knew him and will be sadly missed by all.
