Click on the Buffalo Reflex link on the first page of the group, that will take you to the Buffalo Reflex site.  If you live in missouri, you can order newspaper microfilm at your local library.  It costs around $6.00 here to order two rolls (two years) of microfilm.

Since we live in Tulsa, OK, would we still be allowed to order the microfilm and which library, Buffalo or Dallas County?

I don't know if you can get microfilm for other states.  You might ask your local library about that.  I would recomend contacting the Dallas County Historical Society and see if they can do a lookup for you.
