Wishing people would just pull their heads out of their asses before it's too late -- but then -- it's already too late by my calendar.

Listenin' to the birds sing outside my window and thankful I'm off today! WOOOHOOOO I'm also feelin' very sad about Eight Belles, the filly that was euthanized at the Kentucky Derby... Animals that die for man's pleasure. The pain of the world weakens my spirit... I feel deeper and deeper lately, and find it more difficult to shake things off. I'd like wrap myself in a cocoon.

I agree with you in many ways, but instead of wrapping up in a cocoon, I'm just getting to the point where my plans of headin for the hills are begining to solidify -- not sure what hills I'm headed for, but I know I got to figure it out in the next couple years cause I wanna be as far from my "fellow man" as my feet will get me. I have alredy been shown that I will still be standing when man has dwindled, and I want no part of it.

Grams recipe  -- she always told me if it don't cook for three days -- it would suck --- tried it before -- deoin less than 3 days and she was right -- it needs that long for the various herbs to infuse into the sauce.

Don't ask me -- I just follow directions when it comes to grannys recipes.
