*Samhain Recipe*


I think I already did a recipe for Samhain, but it's my favorite Sabbat so
that's just how it is. These cookies are perfect for any fall Sabbat though.

Ingredients

* 2 cups flour

* 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger

* 1/4 tsp ground cloves

* 1 tsp ground cinnamon

* 1/2 tsp salt

* 3/4 tsp baking soda

* 3/4 cup sugar

* 3 tbs sugar

* 1/2 cup molasses

* 2 tbs vegetable oil

* 2 egg whites

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, spices, baking powder
and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the molasses, oil, egg whites and 3/4
cup of sugar. Add to flour mixture and stir.

Roll dough into small balls (about 1" across). Roll dough balls in the
remaining sugar to coat. Place 2" apart on a greased cookie sheet, and bake for
10-12 minutes. Cookie tops will be cracked and firm to the touch when ready.
