Mexican Wedding Cake Recipe
You don't have to get marriage or even go to a wedding to enjoy these treats. Mexican Wedding cakes are delicious. These are individual cakes rolled in confectionary sugar. They are light and melt in your mouth. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup soft butter
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped
- 1 teaspoon
- 2 cups all purpose flour
To Prepare Recipe: Beat butter until smooth and creamy. Add sugar a little at a time, beating constantly. Add nuts and vanilla. Gradually add flour. Refrigerate until firm. Form round balls and roll into little logs. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool. When cool, roll in powdered sugar. Makes 3 dozen.
